Reconstructive cases requiring verticalization are complicated by the need to go “All In” during the Provisionalization phase.

Accurate transfer from the diagnostic wax up is essential to success.  This presentation will review three techniques to accomplish this challenging restorative phase.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn two direct composite techniques to accurately transfer information from the diagnostic wax up to the mouth.
  2. Review   indirect provisionalization techniques for verticalization cases that maintain the anatomy and VDO of the diagnostic wax up
  3. Discuss staging of treatment using provisionalization phases
